Lombard · Thursday, October 15, 2026

Beginning Thursday, Oct. 15, the village's contractor is repairing a sanitary sewer manhole at the intersection of St. Charles Road and Westmore-Meyers Road. Work continues through Friday, Oct. 16, with completion anticipated by 3:30 p.m., weather permitting. Traffic remains open in all directions, but motorists may encounter temporary lane reductions from two lanes to one. Use alternate routes when possible and allow extra travel time, the village said.
