The village's Main Street resurfacing project heads to bidding in November. The work follows the October crosswalk repair just north of St. Charles Road, which shifted southbound traffic into the turn lane through Oct. 16.

Mid-America Real Estate arranged the sale of High Pointe Centre, a 240,345-square-foot neighborhood center, 68 percent leased at the time of sale. Tenants include LA Fitness, Altitude Trampoline Park, and Seoul Bites Korean BBQ. The buyer is a private investment group.
